Horrendous service. Purchased my Yamaha AvantGrand Hybrid piano here. When I started to have a couple issues with the piano and wanted it to be repaired under warranty, I contacted Ryan Sather only to be constantly ignored and not have my phone calls returned. This went on for over a year. Finally had to go to Yamaha corporate directly. Unbelievable. It does not surprise me at all that Westmoor went out of business. I have been in Sioux Falls for 9 weeks for a work project and happened to venture in to Westmoor Music. I was greeted by Art, and he asked me what brought me in to the store. He sat with me as I explained that I had previously owned a CVP 75 and that I was interested in learning about the new Yamaha Clavinova CVP's. Art really took the time to tell me about the various models. I said I thought the Yamaha CVP 701might work for me. Called last Sunday for a piano and still haven’t gotten it. The man said he would drive it to out house on the day after. Still waiting for it.
