Worst team ever, I rent with them for a year, it's easy to get a room with them, but it's the hardest to get them to return your deposit back or even a return phone call. It took me almost three months to get an answer. Very poor customers service.

awful! Very difficult to work with, office is dirty and unorganized. Staff is rude, and not very knowledgable. All they are worried about is getting their money, do not care about the well being of others. I will never use this agency again. ms. porter especially needs to learn some manners.

I would never recommended JD Home rentals to ANYONE!! I dont care how cheap the rent is, don't do it. They are the worst!! They are cheap because you will have to fix things out of your pocket. They tell everyone they need a co signer and charge 25 dollars for a credit check. Very rude, they lie, they take advantage of people. You need something fixed.
