They did not fulfill their contractual requirement for my aunt. Very sad. She called regularly for us to come get her out of there. We switched her to another facility that offered more services for less money and she requested us to take her out of there.
I wish I could give Westmont of Fresno a higher rating, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. The two stars are solely for the facility itself. The building is beautiful, very well maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The grounds are lovely, and their memory care unit offers a generous amount of space for residents. Excellent help even on short notice. Kyle and the whole team really made my relative feel welcome and get moved in and adjusted. Our family is relieved and confident that Westmont will continue to be a great choice.
