DO NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES by purchasing your car, which may cost you more when they give you junk services than busying a cheap car. We drove all the way to Melrose park in rush hour... it too over an hour and a half to get there. We had talked to the sales guy that day and he knew we were coming. When we got there they couldn't find the keys. we couldn't even pop the hood or look inside! We waited for an hour for them to find the keys. I would NEVER purchase a car from here nor recommend anyone. I should have read reviews on the business, but I didn't. I bought a car in June of this year (used), the owner has horrible customer service as well as the employees! 3 hours after buying the vehicle my father heard a noise with my car and it was the water pump! Furious he drove it back and at first they didnt want to fix it so he told them to give us back the check. Horrible experience with the owner!!! I didn't buy a car but his customer service skills are atrocious!!!! They need us customers not the other way around but yet they treat people with no respect!!! The sales person was very nice but i would not give this place any business because of the owner ..(even if i had to walk to work)!!!!
DONT GO HERE IF IT IS THE LaST DEALERSHIP on EARTH. Don't ever go here to buy a car. Pkrsmom and anyone else who has a bad experience with these people please call the DMV in Chicago and file complaint against them. If we work together we can make them pay for their actions.
Absolutely DO NOT buy from this place. We just bought a small SUV that looked to be nice and not even a month later the transmission and radiator went out. We just spent over $2100 in repairs.....not exactly what i consider " Best Cars for the Best Prices"
