It's a beautiful residence. Most of all, how often can one say "I have not one complaint?" The staff/employees are wonderful, very caring and helpful. The whole dining system is going good during this time of need,
Getting in they love you, after sending my mom to the ER on 3-24 by mistake as admitted by Amy the care manager and told they would take her back they kept charging me for the room and was supposed to be sending invoices for care so I could submit for reimbursement. On 4-5 she refused to eat so it was Hospice or skilled nursing. Since then I cannot get a detailed invoice for reimbursement and they say they can't nor will they manually do it. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
I am so happy that our Mom is a resident at Westmont. The grounds and facilities are beautiful. The food is good. The staff is so kind and caring with its residents and families. When we have a concern about Mom, they are there to ease our minds. There are many activities that are available to its residents. They have a theater. They have a beauty salon. Activities such as art projects, stretching and exercise are available to the residents. (Thank you DeeAnna!) Thank you to all of the staff that make Westmont Mom’s home.
My mother is in the memory care facility here. I could not be happier with the care she gets. All the staff are caring and compassionate, not just to my mom, but all the residents. The director of lifestyle and the activities director both often eat meals with the residents. Any concern I have is met immediately. I have hospice personnel that visit my mom, and they tell me how much they admire the care the staff shows.
My heart and my soul are moved every day with these wonderful residents and dedicated team!
