I lived at this complex for almost 4 years. The buildings are pretty worn down, and the appliances are outdated. Maintenance and the office manager, Pam, were always really nice. They are very bad at plowing in the winter. Having your own numbered parking spot is nice as long as no one else parks there. There is laundry in almost every building. The front doors of each building do not lock. Rent is very fair.

This is one of the worst place I've ever lived. Rent is way overpriced for what you get. When anything breaks it takes months for them to fix it. And when they fix it it's never truly fix. It just break within a few weeks. Forget about winter here they do a horrible job plowing here. Summertime comes and the landscapers blow grass and stones at your vehicle.
