Very rude and not understanding! All they want is money. Please take your animal somewhere else!
I have been taking my pets to Westminster Veterinary hospital for many years. I needed an emergency appointment for my dog and called at 6:00 p.m. on a day they were scheduled to be open until 8:00 p.m. I was told they were too busy and to take my dog to the ER in Westminster for animals. They didn't want to be bothered obviously! I guess they didn't want to take the chance that they may have to work a little late! I was willing to wait.
