Every time I try to call to get information about my mother in law the phone just rings and rings! No one picks up! I am calling the nurses station!! You can’t tell me no one hears the phone ringing over 50 times and doesn’t pick it up!! If I make it through to someone, all I hear is, “I am not her nurse or I was off work and I don’t know what is going on”!!!!! Why is Hospice Care basically being extremely limited in your facility ? Let them in! Also clean up the dead roaches in your Rehab entrance. It’s disgusting!

We are currently limiting hospice personnel as a result of COVID-19. As the number of cases continue to rise in our area keeping our residents & staff well is most important. Westminster Towers has not experienced any residents having COVID-19 on our campus which is largely due to the restrictions currently in place. Our Administrator will be reaching out to you for further clarity and information.
RecommendedI love Westminster Towers. The staff put their residents first, and they do everything they can to keep them healthy and safe. How much longer can you keep these elderly people locked up in quarantine? it's been 3 months? Told if they don't abide by Amy's rules they will be asked to leave! How humiliating to hire someone to watch these people to make sure they don't get too close. They are adults and should not be treated like children/criminals! Are you trying to kill them with isolation?

My Dad lives here! It is great. He is very active and involved in a lot of functions.
I have lived here 10 years and every year gets better. Food is really really good. The staff is professional and well trained. Everything is under one roof and so convenient. We have everything we could ever need within easy reach. Heated pool,woodworking shop,theater,billiards,library,lounges for cards,great putting green,bank,recycle,shreader,hairdresser,corner cafe with complimentary coffee, breads and spreads, post office,free transportation to Doc appointments,grocery shop,drug store. Incredible activities. Come see!!
This facility has been taking care of my father since June 2014... thank you for job well done
Everything led us here... it's close to our hometown of King's Mountain, NC and many of our family live in the area. We just had a family reunion in one of the beautiful lounges! There is a lot to enjoy here. We love our balcony and the private movie theater is a real treat. We love the food! It's like going to a restaurant every night! We're so glad to be here!
