The reception staff are very upset ... not happy...
Booked in for tooth extraction surgery at 11.45. We arrived at 11.00 and completed preliminaries by 11.15. Then they sat us in a waiting room for over 3 hours waiting. Daughter already anxious and hadn't eaten or drank for 18 hours. No one came to let us know what was going on. They made us pay the $3000 before they would allow us in and after that nothing. Also said I could help myself to tea or coffee, guess what, no kettle! VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL CENTRE EVER!!
