So if I can give these apartments a 0 I would; first the people that work in the office is fine no complaints; the apartments however are cheap, with that comes bad roaches which I could not get rid of I submitted a request for an exterminator and still they where bad. The grounds are disgustingly dirty, you walk out your door and there trash everywhere; I did complain once but its constant. The management of this company is doing some really shading things in order to get money out of residents. At the beginning of August, I had an accident in the closet that caused slight damage to the wall, then at the end of September, they had finally sent a maintenance person to assess the damage. A few weeks later, they said that I owed them $900 in damages. This tenant paid $900.00 in drywall damage due to him punching 3 large holes in our walls. There was no accident involved, it was deliberate damage. We had to contract an outside company to repair the damage. We also don't send screenshots to tenants, we email them a copy of our charge sheet, which is the case with this tenant. The charge for excessive noise complaints is a lease violation and a $100.00 fine if the noise persists. So this apartment requires rental insurance before you move in which I went and got, two months later we get a email stating they have their own rules insurance, and to send proof of your insurance by this day or you will be automatically in a row with their rental insurance. Thos is a horrible complex plz dont move in. I have mold in my unit hot water heater not working properly. I have to keep LIGHTING it. No ceiling fan in my son's room . It's just awful. But I have pictures and videos from when I first moved in and emails stating the apartment was clean etc. Apartment smell like straight dog no matter what I try to use. Ms. ****** Robin's Landing is actually a wonderful complex that moved mountains to get you in as quickly as possible. We told you before you got here that someone had just moved out of the unit but we would have it cleaned and the carpet cleaned, we did those things. You did your walk through and signed off on the move in check list that all was well and you were taking the apartment in "as is" condition. This property is unprofessional, they don't answer the phones, the rent is too expensive for the quality of living you receive, the management is terrible, they barely respond to problems like repairs to the apartment. Do not move here.

Don't do it ! Don't move to Oasis at Belmont . Trash , cockroaches , leaking ceiling in the bathroom , ac didn't work . Nothing good to said about these place . People who leave here is trash . Carpet smelly . Transition in to moving was terrible !! Only one month here and I totally regret it . People leave used baby diapers and chicken bones at you doorstep . Trash Every were. DISGUSTING !!!! Don't do it !!!!!!!

We have trash chutes and do grounds on a daily basis unfortunately we do not work on the weekend so grounds are not done on that day. We are the only apartment complex in the Huntsville area with no amenities and have not had any since May when the pool should have opened. I think they should give us a discount on our rent and be up front with new renters that these things are not open for tenants. I will be moving soon as my lease is up. Or they could cancel the lease agreement so we could go to an apartment that has there pool open and gym.

The office is never open during regular business hours. They close for lunch and never come back. I live here and we have no grounds keeper or maintance man. You have to wait a year to get a work order done.
