I have tried to get somebody from admissions to return my calls and emails on multiple occasions. I have yet to hear back from anyone.
During my mom's stay there there was several incidents where the staff went against everything I told them about my mom. Several times I came in and my mom was a mess. One morning I came in and the so called CNA was leaving moms room and when I went in there my mom was half naked and half way down her bed. Another time my girls went in to visit her, the door was closed, all lights off, TV off, nurse button put on the dresser where my mom couldn't reach it. They worked their butts off everyday. However during Irma they helped n respected everyone
The people there are extremely awesome and best HR person I ever met thanks for all your help
Westminister manor- 1) Very poor value for the money 2) minimal "assistance" other than meal service. My aunt was too sick to come to dinner one night and called to get a menu and dinner, but they let her go hungry... 3) too much trouble for nurses to take blood pressure on a regular basis, so her daughter, the nurse has to look in on her every other day. Tell me again why they get over $5000 per month for a tiny apartment???
