Best management!
I lived here for three years and I loved it! I would have stayed, but I needed to be closer to work in Boston. The staff here was always friendly, attentive and responsive to anything I ever needed. The maintenance guys were the best, my dog Cosmo loved them too.
I lived in Westminster Lofts for a year and I am HEARTBROKEN to be leaving! This is the best building I have ever lived in. The leasing office couldn’t have been more helpful for my entire tenancy. The maintenance people are so responsive. And the neighborhood is just perfect— so close to great coffee, lunch, bookstore, etc.
Just wanted to take a moment to thank the Westminster Lofts team. Lived there for 5 years and will definitely miss it as they were always amazing, extremely professional, super responsive, and made living there such a pleasure.
The best apartment building I have ever lived in. Everyone who works here from the front office to security is incredibly friendly, helpful, and just a joy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend leasing with this company, especially if you can get into the Peerless building! The residents in the Peerless building are also very friendly and it’s hard to not see someone smiling when you walk by them in the building.
