The new receptionist is so rude, she keeps telling us that things are “above her pay grade” when simply asking to open a door to access a roof space; this is three times now or that something very simple is “not her problem”. Or answer very simple questions about the property or policies. The rest of the company is great and no issues to speak of.
I lived at WestLo (Alice building) for a year. Beautiful units, great staff, and the perfect location. Overall, a great experience, 10/10 would recommend.

I lived here for three years and I loved it! I would have stayed, but I needed to be closer to work in Boston. The staff here was always friendly, attentive and responsive to anything I ever needed. The maintenance guys were the best, my dog Cosmo loved them too.
I lived in Westminster Lofts for a year and I am HEARTBROKEN to be leaving! This is the best building I have ever lived in. The leasing office couldn’t have been more helpful for my entire tenancy. The maintenance people are so responsive. And the neighborhood is just perfect— so close to great coffee, lunch, bookstore, etc.
