A little disappointed that they told me they don’t take artwork or antiques but the website states that they do. Otherwise, they are nice people.
Shady pawn shop. And they waste time. Like bro I get it, you're training the new girl, I'm a regular customer. Treat me like it. Don't let the new employee take care of me while u stand beside her and guide her through everything. Just made what used to be a 5-10 min transaction into 30 min+ like I'm just trying to get my loan and get out of here....

Rude staff. They hardly acknowledged me when I walked in. The torta evaluating my bracelet offered me $500 with no explanation on what I had and no room to negotiate. Took it to Crown Gold Exchange in HB and they offered me $750. Take it there, don't waste your time with these clowns.
