The management and upkeep of the property is nothing but immaculate. With only one Superintendent and Maintenance personnel they do a great job!
Good place to live. Close to everywhere. Brooke is good manager and landlord.
We lived in Westminster Gardens complex for 1.5 year. We experienced beautiful moments there 😊. Brook and Eva, who manage the complex, are very careing and kind. Brook is a great listener. Anthony, the maintenance manager, was immediately there whenever we needed him. If you're seeking a place to live in Vestal, I highly recommend it here.

My experience here was wonderful. Always felt safe and close to everything. The manager was always available and very attentive to any needs I had. When you leave and leave it in good condition no problem getting deposit back at all.
