My company installed and services the security camera system at this property. The grounds are always very clean, the owners are motivated, friendly and have great attention to detail. All of my interactions with tenants have been great and they all had nothing but great things to stay about living there. Awesome, safe place to live!
I lived at Westminster Gardens residence for 2 years, I had a pleasant stay there. Only left because I had to relocate to other state for work. Calm, safe, and at the heart of Vestal.

I have lived in a few apartment complexes due to moving and I have to say the experience I had at Westminster Gardens was the best by a landslide. I lived in a studio apartment, perfect for just me. I feel it was an appropriate price for the square footage I got. It was clean, spacious and tucked in the back, so it was quite and free from alot of traffic noise. The management and upkeep of the property is nothing but immaculate. With only one Superintendent and Maintenance personnel they do a great job!
