The first image is what I ordered as a premium design the second is what I got. I understand it can be challenging to receive a call about a design that the sender didn’t like. However I was met with a rude , defensive attitude and a women who wouldn’t hear me out. I won’t be ordering from this florist ever again. Amazing experience,I ordered a corsage last minute and she had it ready in less than 24 hours, the owner and the front lady were so nice and funny, would 100% recommend, definitely will come back to get my flower arrangements done in the future
