I have lived at Westminster East apartment going on 7 years and I am very happy with the manager and how she works to get things done I'm so happy someone cuts the grass and keeps everything looking good I know on my side of the complex everyone gets along very well I can't talk for anyone else but I have no complaints
She never answers any calls or calls you back. Been trying to get into a place for a year. Still need a place asap. Her mailbox is always full because she doesn't listen to them. She's about useless, and she runs three apartment complexes. A total joke of a apartment manager.
The Place is run down and I had to get rid of a bug infestation myself with Raid and Ortho. It took about a year and a half of constant spraying on top of the regular office scheduled treatments. Every time I said anything about it to anyone in the presence of the manager, the manager pretends I’m lying and shakes her head “no” while I speak! As God is my witness, it is truth.
