Very nice and kind
My friend I scheduled an appointment for and the people were awesome and nice he had an appointment recently on Valentine's Day they sent him a message saying they were going to be closed I have been calling since before and after and just now and cannot seem to get anybody to answer the phone did you guys close your mailbox is full so it'd be nice to know what's going on
Dr. Litchmore is the best. Extremely caring and just wants his patients to have a beautiful smile. He stresses prevention care which we all need. Thank you Westminster Dental.
The receptionist at this office genuinely doesn't feel like working. They don’t call to confirm appointments and when you call to confirm yourself she tells you “she doesn’t know” and is extremely sarcastic. Obviously you don’t know, that’s why you take my name and date of birth and look it up on your computer. Or is that now how it works? You don’t use tell “I guess at 1:00 pm” you guess or are you sure? Absolutely useless. Get it together sis. Do better.
I have always been terrified of the dentist; therefore, I know I am a difficult patient. Dr.Litchmore made me feel comfortable at all times; he ensured I had no pain while working on my molars. The staff was super friendly and professional. Thank you, Maria, and Dr.Litchmore for the great job you did in my mouth today.
