I had a good impression for this society till now. But trust me they are not sincere at all, we had vacated the apartment from May 2025. But till now we didn't receive our deposit amount refunded, even after multiple follow ups with their leasing office. They are misleading us everytime and taking no responsibility to provide us correct update on the refund status neither they shared any email on the estimated refund. This is so unprofessional by Westminster staffs. This is not good. Be careful when you rent here!
Very unprofessional office staff. My son has has been trying to get a copy of his signed lease that he was never emailed a copy of and Noone can seem to work the printer to get that for him. The main girl is always busy, and the others girls tell him they aren't allowed. This has been going on for a month. Very unprofessional.
I've lived here since 2019. I must say since Monarch took over it's been a night and day experience! I am in no way calling out the previous owners, I'm just amazed at what I've been missing and didn't know!! The office staff - Gretchen, Mandy, and Mikyla- don't want to forget the newest Patra- are ALL AMAZING PEOPLE!! They are more than pleasant to speak with, I actually enjoy going to the office to chat with them for a few minutes while I'm conducting business. DO NOT LIVE HERE. apartment manager and owners absolutely ignore you. today we have made a call to the board of health for this lack of communication, support and the urge to do NOTHING. our apartment has been in the high 70s to 80 degrees and nothing is done. we have had so many problems in this apartments and who you try to call, the office people never answer their phone, and oh, their VOICEMAIL BOX HAS BEEN FULL SINCE WE MOVED IN 10 MONTHS AGO. DO NOT MOVE HERE
