Bad experience
Amazing People work here. They got us signed and moved in in 2 days! Couldn't be more satisfied with how fast and easy the whole process was. We were helped by Patra Quattllebaum and she was the best help we could as for.
I am very disappointed. westminster management. I vacated the apartment on August 31st. I gave notice for that two months ago.I had a contract till 31st August, but they gave me a notice on 1st August itself to vacate the room.When I spoke to the management, they said that it was a by mistake.Then I paid him the entire rent for the month and paid all my outstanding water bills despite that, they sent me this month's rent bill again and also charged me $700 for mat cleaning. I’ve lived here for going on 3 years and we’ve gone thru a few different property management companies but the current one is the best by far! Initiative to make the apartments better, safer, and more aligned with great living overall. Special shoutout to Mandy (Assistant Property Manager) and Richie (Maintenance Supervisor) for being so kind and taking the time to ensure all is in good working condition 🙌🏾
