Isaac in the main office is completely unprofessional
I’ve lived at Westminster Apartments for about three years. I originally lived in a one-bedroom and didn’t have many major issues, which is why I agreed to upgrade to one of their townhomes when the office suggested it. They told me rent would be around $1300 and implied that staying within the complex would save me money on moving costs. In reality, the townhomes are closer to $1500 and my total move-in costs ended up being nearly $3,000. So much for saving money. The bigger issue is the condition of the unit. I am not sure where to contact them anymore, I lived at Apt 0731 between late 2023 to fall 2024. Everything was great, since the lease ended, I was mentioned I am owed some of the deposit back. I moved to Texas and got in touch with them to send in the deposit. Last year they mentioned they would get in touch with their accountant and update me, I was not updated since then. I try calling them but my calls don't get received and their voicemail is also full.
I enjoy living here. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Maintenance has been timely and my apartment has not had any major issues. I like that they are on it if I need something but I have only had to enter 2 very minor requests in 6 months. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and affordable place to live.
