My dad loves it‼️
I have to give this place a 3 star to live and visit because of the people there. The location is great. The way this building looks is great as well but the neighborhood needs to be cleaned.
I have to give the Towers 5 stars. I live there. Sure, the rules are fairly strict, but if we all obey them, then it is to the benefit of all the tenants. The building management keeps the building and facilities clean and tidy. If you need some kind of repair - it is often done within 24 hours. The rents are subsidized and there are no utility (water & electric) fees, so our monthly out=of-pocket cost is remarkably low (maybe the lowest) for an apartment in Santa Monica.
