Terrible waited over an hour and forty minutes in waiting room. Customer services women chatting up snd no attention to the people in waiting room tv blaring just the worst experience

I went to Westmed Urgent Care yesterday.at Ridge Hill. Staff were professional and courteous. I was able to get an X-ray and the result right away. The NP J. C showed his care for patient. He took time to explain everything, the problem that I had and the medication he prescribed. Today he called to check on me to see how I was doing. Thank you for the care I received.
