I set a appointment for a schedule time and still had to wait over 30 mins why can’t someone call you and tell you they either running behind or can’t see me at that time I just don’t get it but I bet they want to charge you for last min cancellation or showing up late
I had a great experience here. I was in and out in under 1.5 hours and everyone was so nice to work with from the reception team, friendly nurses, to the doctor. Dr. Mateus was kind, professional, efficient and her treatment plan had me better quickly. She was also incredibly responsive when I messaged (through their portal) with questions. Grateful for their care to help me get through a stressful injury.
I thought Dr. Palumbo was wonderful. Service was prompt, she was compassionate and straightforward, and took time to listen to my concerns. Front desk expected me and was very kind.
