It's frustrating that this is called urgent care when there’s no sense of urgency at all. I waited two hours to be seen and then spent another two hours during the actual visit with the doctor. There was only one doctor and one nurse on staff, and they mentioned that this is standard scheduling for this location, which is completely unacceptable. Dr. Ortiz is wonderful! The wait was reasonable and he is personable and so efficient. He’s treated me in the past as well.
