All staff is professional and kind! Valet parking and you can get it validated by the front staff. Was able to get the health check list done today thanks to them. I’ll be glad to continue with their care and highly recommend!
This is by far the most incompetent medical practice we’ve dealt with. My wife’s appointments were repeatedly scheduled incorrectly and then canceled without explanation. She went 4–6 weeks without an ultrasound, only for the office to suddenly label her a high-risk patient—which makes the prior delays even more alarming. Despite the “high-risk” designation, the same chaos continued: more canceled appointments, repeated administrative errors, and urgent messages that were never returned. I love the OBGYN, but the front staff is so racist , rude and unprofessional . I avoid scheduling an appt here because it’s always a poor experience .It’s these 2 specific women , elderly and the moment you walk in , they determine how they treat you based on your skin . I have had 3 babies, and unfortunately always had a negative experience . Women next to me are treated quite differently . They absolutely refuse to acknowledge you. Terrible service, wait times are more than an hour!!! Yes, an HOUR! They put you in a room , saying Dr will be with shortly, and that “ shortly” is more than an hour!! Very rude, unfriendly staff too.. Terrible place. Only one doctor there who is good- Dr. D Ainsworth, but it takes forever to get an appointment. Miserable place. Go anywhere else.
If you are pregnant and have a question for your doctor, a nurse calls back. Even if you try to send them a message on the online portal, a nurse will reply instead. Sometimes it seems impossible to reach a doctor. The portal is also very unreliable and doesn't alert you to test results until hours after they arrive. Also too many doctors involved/maternity care is too convoluted. Not a good experience.
