WestMed Sucks. They outsource everything to the other side of the planet. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone by phone. All the doctors are leaving or only work 1 day per week so when you finally get through to make an appointment, they don't have one for six months.
What a joke of a business. Had appt with Dr I needed to cancel. The phone number they give you for the “office” to call is a recording of driving directions from many MANY different starting points. Never heard anything like it! Is this 1990 and no one has a computer in their pocket? Had to search online to finally find a real number and was on hold HOURS over 2 days, and never got a “call back” either. Finally get through to a human this morning to get put on hold again.
