I came here on a Saturday morning to get blood work done. They immediately took me back and had me out in about two minutes.
Staff are mean to patients would rather stand and gossip than see patients
Absolutely worst experience staff extremely rude slamming stuff on counter over 3 hr wait for a room only 10 people waiting to be seen within the 3 hrs. Higher ups need to replace employees for sure
I went to the Atrium emergency care 1814 Westchester Dr. High Point NC. in February 2025. I was treated like a queen by Lamara, Naima, and Dr.Malinda! Yes, I did have to wait because a lot of people had the flu and Covid at this time, but I was patient. I had split my big toe in half chopping wood. Lamara was on the front desk and she did everything she could to help me.
