They use to be good. Now that summit health took over it horrible. Just to call in for anything you go thru a machine that ask you question than the operator asking hlthe same question. 1 month for a referral canceled 2 appoints for the same doctor no referral again. Patient relation answering machine and they don't call back either. Before you would get and appoint sooner now you are waiting weeks. What happened? Oh yeah when your othepedic doctor leaves and they don't notify you. HORRIBLE
I've had two great experiences here for procedures. Dr Auerbach is a wonderful doctor. Very thorough and compassionate and called me personally (3 times) to confirm appointments and to make sure I understood instructions, etc. The nurses and anesthesiologists were all very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I'd recommend this practice for those needing an endoscopy or colonoscopy.
Worst experience at a medical facility ever. My first time going there. It’s in a mall. Looks like a shoe store from outside so I was confused. The valet guys didn’t offer help at all, told me to move. By the time I found parking and got inside I was already late. Then front desk totally ignored me until I asked which way the gastroenterology is. They just told me to go all the way down the hall. Very professional place clean fast wonderful service..
I’d just like to say I couldn’t be more greatful for for Dr. Finegold and his entire staff. I suffer from terrible anexiety and was extremely nervous and anxious to have a colonoscopy performed because my nerves were holding me back. Every single staff member in that office I couldn’t be more greatful for. They are extremely welcoming, gracious and took the time to explain everything and got me in and out in superb time and all went flawlessly.
