ABSOLUTELY CRAP MANAGEMENT!!! After changing their management company they claimed that i do not have a lease where i had and signed it with the previous company. Now they are forcing me to 500$ extra for month to month charges.
No way to pay my rent bc I only use the online portal! It’s been disabled since December!! Never had an issue before new management has taken over!! Tried going to the office but no one is there! The gym is useless bc the staff is never there to open!! Worst apartments ever
Holly was super helpful in showing me how to access gym/ washer and dryer area . She answered all my questions.
I always pay on time and what I'm supposed to. The assistant manager Holly is the only one trying to get them to stop scamming me for extra money. Someone in charge tells lies saying I pay late and there's late fees but I been here over five years and since four months they now keep telling lies to ask for more money. It took them three months to explain why they keep asking for more money. It's overpriced they owe me money and should give me credit for future rent but they are so greedy and discrimination on me so they targ... read more
