Westmead Eyes Optometrists are a subspecialised optometry clinic that saw me for scleral lenses for my severe keratoconus. Kevin (the owner) and Tony (optometrist) who saw me were very professional, kind, practical, helpful and knowledgeable. I also have a phobia relating to things going near my eyes, which they dealt with with compassion and calmness, which really helped a lot.
From struggling to fit scleral contacts for two years to finding the perfect fit within 2 months of working with kevin. He was very accommodating as I live far from sydney. The best I’ve seen so far. Has made this struggle a lot easier. Can’t recommend enough!
I researched Kevin Trac on ChatGPT as I was sick of poor service with OPSM in assessing and treating my condition. His credentials notably his Post Graduate Qualifications looked impressive. Kevin is probably the friendliest doctor I've ever come across. Always answered questions about my scleral lenses in a clear way and made the whole process of getting used to them easy. Would highly recommend him.
Kevin provided amazing assistance, there was an urgent medical report needed for my driving test and Kevin made sure it was done fast.
