I had to sue these people to get my deposit back. They are bad landlords and do every trick in the book to rip you off. I had to hire an attorney in Lubbock and eventually prevailed in court. They tried to charge me thousands for pre-existing damages luckily i photographed and saved. They falsely reported me credit agency to ruin my credit. Most people aren't financially able to counter sue but I prevailed in court. Criminal landlords that are out to take every penny. Beware, and be prepared to hire attorney.
