I would really love to be a fan. I really would. I know people who work at Westmark CU, whom I very much like and respect; and I like to support locally-owned businesses. But this latest debacle confirms the previous poor opinion I had of Westmark. Bottom line is that I am out of patience and time. Westmark activated a new "Roll Out" in May, 2020. One result of this roll out was to combine my PRIVATE account with my Joint Account. I was never asked permission. They just did it/. When I attempted different methods ( Supervisorycommitte, 2 times, Annual Meeting August 27, 2020) There was no response. How many other members had accounts combined into one place without their permission??

This business doesn't provide adequate documentation to support all the fees and reasons for them. I have been charged fees that put me in the negative before Applying the associated charge, that otherwise would have kept me in the positive. I was also told that I only get charged the fee if they do not cash my check or honor my purchase, but they could not explain why they would cash it the next day after the fee was applied.
