Nice location. I think the hotel used to be cute and in good shape at some point. Now it's dusty, smelly. So dirty... the base of my bed in my room was black dirty, shades dusty and dirty, floors dirty. Bathtub was full of water when I got my room. This place needs to be renovated. It will benefit from live plants, clean carpets, walls, and clean everything. The rooms will also benefit from more light. The hotel was gloomy, not very well lit. I can't say it was cozy, either. Excellent downtown location with great bar and restaurant. Parking is limited.
Mediocre. Could be better. Should have gotten and AirBnB instead
This hotel is so unresponsive I have to wonder why they are still doing business at all. Between not responding for tax refunds (government bookings) to making it nearly impossible to make a reservation - I’ve been calling for 3 days now and no one answers the phone, mailboxes are full, can’t leave a message… makes me wonder if they even are still open. Just ridiculous trying to deal with this hotel.
