Booked an appointment on line. Got confirmation text with warning I would be charged 30% for a no show. No problem I would make my commitment. I Arranged my schedule around appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early and they had no record of my booking. Couldn’t get me in. I showed the confirmation text to attendee and they said this has happened before and apologized, but couldn’t offer me anything besides an appointment the next day. I had a fantastic experience with Alen cutting my hair! He is extremely precise and does a full explanation of what he plans to do with my hair and how it will look…. the results can only be described as stunning!
It was a great first experience. I got a cut from Alen. He gave me some suggestions on what to do with my hair. The cut turned out amazing and I got some pomade. Wonderful man, very personable. 5 stars.
