Unfortunately there is a receptionist there with an awful attitude & poor customer service. We are paying clients & she behaves like she doing us charity for attending or booking appointments. Its noticeable that the other nice receptionists are nervous or afraid of her, as she speaks harsh to them too. Her arrogance and generalized accusations of people with lack of objective proof is distasteful. Great chiropractors there. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Been helpful for my issue.
Dr melendy works magic! When I had my back and leg injury that left me bed ridden she managed to get me up and walking in a week! She is amazing and I always recommend her! :) I did have dr Hatcher once too when they first took over Westman chiropractic and she was great too! Both ladies friendly and great to talk to and listen to your concerns and even help with other concerns! :)
