Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

They ignored my questions and never got back to me regarding an appointment (called twice, speaking once to the receptionist who I provided health information to and the 2nd attept via voice-mail). I would never recommend them to anyone. Amazing how businesses in our current climate can afford to not return a phone call.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible
