We have bought three vehicles from Westlock Ford within our family. Our -go to-salesperson is Nicole and without a doubt she is the best. She is efficient -pleasant -knowledgeable-and so very easy to deal with. She has been there for our many follow up questions and never made us “old folks” feel as tho we were a bother. Nicole is definitely a 12 out of 10!!
I recently purchased a F 350 King Ranch from Nicole who is a sales consultant at Westlock Ford. She was excellent. In my many years of purchasing, I would give her the best rating by far. Didn't end up buying this time, but dealt with Allard as a salesmen. Best salesmen I've come across. To the point, straight up, and not at all pushy. Will definitely do our shopping at Westlock Ford for our next new vehicle.

Service here has unfortunately gone down hill, we bought my wife's 2021 escape here around 3 weeks ago for a oil change, that went good until we went on a road trip and the felt under belly was dragging, I noticed 4 bolts missing for it so I had to go to the nearest hardware store to buy zap straps to fix it, unfortunately half of it was gone from dragging on the road.
