The work repair is very responsible. I find some of the parts prices are a little high. Thier guarantee is very good on thier work. If they have bad parts they will replace it free and no labor cost to replace it. Service is fast, they will provide you with a courtesy car if your work take more then a day. They also will work on your car or truck even if not a Ford.
We have bought three vehicles from Westlock Ford within our family. Our -go to-salesperson is Nicole and without a doubt she is the best. She is efficient -pleasant -knowledgeable-and so very easy to deal with. She has been there for our many follow up questions and never made us “old folks” feel as tho we were a bother. Nicole is definitely a 12 out of 10!!
