Well I’m not sure where to start but I don't recommend any service or work done by this facility. Long story but to make it short I’ll point out the key things that this shop does to cover there ass. I purchased a truck last spring, It blew blue smoke when running had to get it diagnosed. I brought it here, They said I needed some injectors. I had my 2024 F-450 in for a full engine replacement, which took about two months. The delay and issues with the motor were not the fault of Westlock Ford, and I understand that part was out of their control. However, when it came time for the road test, I discovered that the technician working on my truck had taken it to his acreage overnight and then driven it back to the dealership the next day—without my knowledge or consent.
