These guys couldn’t accomplish a simple alignment and tire rotation. Even after taking it back to fix their work the solution was “bad tires were rotated from the back to the front”. They undid my rotation I paid for and then sent me in on my way. I had to take my truck to Wichita Tire and Alignment to get it straightened out. They also put my balancing weights to where they were in contact with my brake calipers causing a loud click going down the road. All the red on the printout was where it was out of spec tolerance. The staff is friendly. They accommodated my work schedule. The prices are fair. They were clear and thorough in their diagnosis and explanation to me as to what the issue was so I could make an informed decision.
Best improvement would be to shut the doors for good!
