I have experienced nothing but fast, friendly, and quality service from this family run establishment. The son is a very nice young man who is always friendly and helpful, and his mom does all of the custom tailoring. And I love how close and convenient they are.
I started using them when we moved into the building, overall i'd been happy with their cleaners (more expensive but i felt they actually cleaned the clothes). I decided to try them to get a blazer altered & decided NEVER to return. I had a suit jacket that needed taken in and was quoted $45 (a bit pricey but figured the work would be well done). When i went to pick up she had DOUBLED THE PRICE! What?? Where was the phone call or info to tell me she was doubling the price? (I'd have said NO!) When I contested this at pick up... read more

Prompt, friendly, competent tailoring service. My order was ready sooner than I expected and cost was very reasonable.
Worst experience of my life!!! This seamstress charged double what the garment was worth for a horrible job. This woman ruined my clothing, staff was unreasonable and insulting! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here!
