How do you get into contact with DR Horton management? These sales & PM’s do nothing but string buyers along. I had to give 1 star but wouldn’t have allowed any. DR Horton management please reach out immediately!!!

Buyer beware! Do not buy home from DR Horton. They do not return calls. They are deceptive and do not disclose issues. My son and I bought a home in the lakes at Westland Ranch and immediately after moving in we had a heavy rain and the streets flooded and you could not get out in a normal car. Less than a month later another heavy rain streets flooded even worse. I cannot recommend Lori Evans at Westland Ranch enough! As a Realtor, she has helped several of my buyers purchase their homes, and her availability is incredible—she is always quick to respond whether it be evenings, weekends, and I have even caught her while she was out of town, yet she still was available to answer questions.
