If you're not a Karen/Richard (dick for short) then you won't fit in there. A majority of the tenants seem to have a stuck up their @$$ and have a social media page where they gossip about anything and anyone they dislike. It's hme to the most hive-minded and hostile set of people I have ever encountered in my entire life. The management is cold-hearted and heartless and love kicking people. I just seen this review thought I'd like to make a little comment here. I've been in this park since 2006. I've seen a lot of changes through the years especially when it became bank-owned for a while the park fell apart. But since you have this management staff here that's been here for the last few years I think they're doing an exceptional job of bringing this park back up to par. Warning They lie on paperwork... Staff are not friendly... I moved in with a 760 water bill smh. It took them over a year to fix my water problem which I was paying. Please save yourself a headache
Dont move out I own my trailer and when I moved I gave the title to them and instead of taking the title and put it in their name they kept it in my name and now wants me to pay for demolition they're liars and thieves stay away from this community
Maintenance does bare minimum. They do not do great work or seem to care if things aren't working. One named josh is the most uncaring lazy maintence man I've ever seen
This place is not even worth a star!!! management lies to your face when discusssing issues or problems. Crime is so high there , they may as well put bars around the whole property and call it a prison. They say they have 24 hr security and cameras. Ya, right. Maybe if theyre not in the bathroom doing or selling crack. Speaking of crack. The way management acts, its as though they are on it, selling it, or both. There is NO security there AT ALL! Yet the still advertise it as a 24 hr security enforced park with 24 hr surveillance cameras, thats false advertisement! A home was robbed by armed gunmen in the daylight!!!! By people who just walked right into the park on foot. People called and TOLD the office and they sent ONE security guard to drive around the whole park and look to see if they could find the people. What a joke! Just moved in here in July and the only problem i have had was when we were first moving in and not currently staying at the home my shed was broken into and my lawn mower was stolen. Since moving in though it has been very peaceful and the neighbors around me are very nice. As far as crime or management everything has been good.
we would like to complain about the dogs at no. 32 their dogs bark constantly morning to night. they start at about 6am to bed time we cant sit on our porch because they bark, especially the pit bull, you wouldnt be able to walk up to their porch because they act so vicious. this is from no.s 14 and 15. thank you
