Truck had inpection before purchase but bought out of town. Had parts fixed and sent in receipts and proof that has been done but they need vehicle re inspected to be good so another 200$ cause they can't use VALID inpection and proof of parts installed. Hate these places that can't make a call by themselves. ***Update ill switch my 1 star to a 3 as that still really made me mad but am thankful Marli could give me extension.

I have been asking them to remove someone from my policy for 3 years! It sounded like finally did to getting my exs insurance cards send to my house under my name. Now they are saying I need to sign papers to leave his policy when its MY policy. This place is a nightmare and dont recommend
