When Spirit River agencies was a mom pop operation, you could not ask for better. Well since then it was bought up 3 times and now owned by Westland Insurance. Nothing against any staff in Spirit River. But I have now had 8 different brokers. Never know who to call. Calling by phone is like getting wisdom teeth pulled out. Voice mails are not returned, nobody answers at local branch. Emails are not promptly returned. It seems lately with these larger businesses we pay more and more for less and less service.
