Mani made the car insurance renewal process simple and stress-free. He was patient, clear, and took the time to explain different options. Very professional and knowledgeable
I had 2 vehicles and sold one so I canceled the insurance on that one and returned the plates. They canceled the insurance on the other one by mistake. Now I have to pay to get new plates on my other vehicle. Disappointing experience to say the least. Edit: I appreciate you responding but there’s nothing to address. You guys made a big mistake. I was driving around uninsured for weeks unbeknownst to me. Now I had to pay for a new policy, new plates and my odometer discount not being in enforceable. Very disappointing.
