Don't expect to have a conversation in legitimate English. English speaking people were not employed there during my visit. All nations were represented except Canadian.
Amazing service from Natasha! My insurance ran out 2 days ago, and I didn’t realize it until late last night. I was frustrated as there was a technical problem with renewing on line with my regular insurance company, and Sunday they only renew car insurance. When I politely said I really need my home insurance coverage, the person I spoke with said I could not renew my home insurance until tomorrow, only auto insurance was open for renewal today, and to take my business elsewhere if I need insurance today.
