I’ve gone to so many different insurance locations, even Westland ones. This one is by far the worst. Waited 50 minutes. They spent all that time One ONE client. The lack or urgency with an insane line up blows my mind. I get it’s a Sunday, but carol and her other associate work at a speed that makes turtles look like lightning. The amount of customers I watched get up and walk out would make any business owner have a stroke. Do better.
