Excellent service from Miss Isabel. We were delighted with her excellent customer service.
Walked in there trying to get a replacement plate. Didn’t expect much. Parneet Gill helped me with the whole process, super professional and helpful, she even try to call ICBC and help me to see if there a better solution for my situation. In order for me to get new plate, I need to do a brunch of stuffs, I told her I’m bad at remembering details, so she took her time to write it all down for me. That’s pretty cool.

Ok ! Westland Insurance has been our car insurance provider for years. We decided to switch our home insurance to them this year and couldn’t be happier. Ryan was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He wanted us to be aware of all of our coverages and our policy was delightfully less than what BCAA was gouging us for.
