Val Horvat was my agent and she was very patient and helpful with the questions I had. I was in a hurry to get insurance as I was getting a new car in a couple days and with Val’s help, I was able to understand and get the insurance I needed! Thank you Val! I really appreciate her patience!

Leila is the star of the show over there. She will do almost anything for her customers. However if this place offers you Travelers/Dominion run the other way very fast!

If i could give 0 stars I would Probably the worst experience dealing with a broker ive ever had She was never available, never responded back to emails or phone calls. I ended up calling insurance companies myself while waiting on her to reply to me. Im not going to name her, but im sure if she saw this she would know who I'm talking about. People rely on you for a service and ours was a bit urgent, you showed a lack of professionalism and empathy. Thankfully we sorted it out ourselves
