Irosha Waduge at the Aurora location has been super helpful the past couple years. She's Kind, Warm, and also fast at getting what I need. She has always responded within the same day I email or within a 3 day period, making sure I get my documentation as soon as possible. As much as I'd love to recommend her, I don't really want to share her with other people 😅 She has gone out of the way for me many times. So grateful for all she has done.

I have been dealing with Westland Insurance for several years now and have been very satisfied with their service...however, I want to mention someone who has consistently gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my family. Irosha Waduge helped me navigate many insurance needs this year after the sudden passing of my brother, who was also a client. Her service was outstanding, and her kindness and compassion a rare find these days. Irosha truly cares about her clients. I cannot say enough about her. Thank you, Irosha.

Irosha is the kind of person that makes a company stand out - hence the word "Exceptional". Always a friendly voice, who is knowledgeable and efficient, Irosha goes out of her way to make sure she delivers the best result possible. Westland is very lucky to have her and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up working with her again at some point in the future!! Thanks Irosha for your continual effort!

Irosha has been fantastic - she is always super responsive and efficient in getting documents to you or updates loaded into your policy.
