As a loyal longterm customer for over a decade I had hoped when the time came I had a good broker behind me. Westland turned a bad experience worse. They had only the best interest of insurance company being used at the time. And after all at the time of renewal I found better insurance for less on my own. Ill never understand this brokerage. I worked harder to get a hold of people and get answers to questions than any other company I've ever dealt with. Glad I've moved on, if your looking for hone insurance, look elsewhere.
