Mold. Mold everywhere. I wish i could post pictures. I lived here for 3 years. Had them "fix" the mold problem in my bathroom and bedroom 7 times it kept coming back. Bugs (cockroaches and ants galore) everywhere! The ants just loved my bathroom. The funny thing is is that there was barely ever any food in my apartment because I always ate on campus, but still bugs everywhere.
