I had my endoscopy appointment this morning at 7:45am and was called in right on time. Every step of the process: billing, pre‑op, the procedure itself, post‑op, and discharge, was handled smoothly. The staff were friendly, informative, and made me feel comfortable throughout.The only area that needs improvement is patient parking, which can be challenging. I would give 4.5 stars if possible, but the quality of care absolutely deserves a strong 5.
