Pool - when working is disgusting and broke all the time. Mold in the lower apartments, water leaking all the time. Bats in the upper apartments, they don’t do anything about. When the carpeting on the staircase entrance is so old and nasty that you would prefer to walk through mud, I can't imagine what the apartments are like on the inside

Don't move here. I lived here for about 3 years and after I moved out they said I owed money for things I didn't break. They sued me and tried taking me to court. If you still decide to move here I suggest paying for the inspections so they don't try and charge you like I was.
