When the carpeting on the staircase entrance is so old and nasty that you would prefer to walk through mud, I can't imagine what the apartments are like on the inside
The reviews say it all. If you are going to live here DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! And start saving for a real estate attorney. You will need it.
Don't move here. I lived here for about 3 years and after I moved out they said I owed money for things I didn't break. They sued me and tried taking me to court. If you still decide to move here I suggest paying for the inspections so they don't try and charge you like I was.
