Extremely happy with my experience buying from Matt at Westlakes Motors. Easy, efficient and satisfying. Normally, I wouldn't buy a car outside Sydney, but the car was very well priced for its age and kms, so I had to take a look. Matt arranged for it to be sent to Sydney for a test drive. The car was as described online and drove beautifully. When I picked it up from Cardiff the following weekend, it was in immaculate condition. I helped my mother purchase her new car last Saturday. I can highly recommend Westlakes Motor Group. The service was next level & not once were they pushy. Bruce, Matt & Phil were all so lovely & made it an enjoyable experience. My mum left happy with her decision. Great buying experience with Bruce. The car was well priced for its age so I made the trip from Central Coast to test drive last week. They allowed me a 1 hour test drive, no pushy sales tactics and gave a fair price for my trade in. During the week they got a service and extended the registration, and when I picked it up this morning it had been freshly detailed/cleaned. Car looks and drives great
Matt and Bruce were outstanding throughout my entire journey of searching, trading in, and purchasing a new car. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit. I came across a beautiful Levorg STI on Carsales and submitted an online enquiry around 6:30pm. Within 5–10 minutes, Matt from Westlake Motorgroup called me back.
