She is knowledgeable and kind and takes her time with you as if you were the only person looking for a place to call your new home. You will not go wrong when you ask for Lupe at the office of Westlake Residential. She will show you the well maintained apartments and also the property is well maintained. FUTURE RESIDENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!! ROACH INFESTATIONS AT A ALL TIME HIGH. No matter if you complain or not, pest control will spray and the roaches still come. Its disgusting to live that way. As for the ducks, they are pest as well, they poop everywhere and tear up all the trash along with the racoons and wild cats. As far as how the apartments look inside, they just paint over old paint and it looks tacky and cheap. It will chip in no time and they will blame you for it. my experience with Westlake Residential has been genuinely incredible from the very beginning. the approval process was fast, smooth, and communicative. we were approved in a few days, not weeks! over a holiday weekend to boot, I'm so grateful and impressed with the office management. 🤩 ALL staff consistently made us feel informed, welcomed, and cared for throughout the process. and omg the property itself immediately brought a sense of calm and relief. the grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and intentionally maintained, wit... read more
0-10 don’t recommend, these people don’t care about your kids safety. The back gate is always open/broke. Theyre not helpful when it comes to roaches and they are extremely selfish and don’t think about the residents at all. Just like to collect money. Please find a better place to stay
Im not the type to leave a review but after the front office was being racist toward a childhood friend I must give my honest opinion about living here…if you don’t want to have roaches stay away…some units are okay from what I heard but please don’t take the chance like I did, thinking I would get a good unit.
