I have lived here going on 4years. First I absolutely love living here. They keep the grounds, pool and all of the amenities extremely clean and beautiful. Sharon, Denise and Lupi are always very pleasant and helpful in the office if I ever need anything or work done on my apartment they are Johnny on the spot.I never have to wait long they get it done rght away. After living here for a year, I would say my stay here was mostly pleasant. At the start when I first moved in, there were a lot of inspections, like walking my apartment, checking the water heater, many more. I was starting to believe they were going to do weekly checks on me haha! Afterwards they subsided and i was finally able to enjoy my new place. Chill place, a bit expensive
We are currently residing here and the staff is amazing! If we have any questions the ladies are always there to help and answer them very nicely and friendly to you. When we moved in our apartment was very nice and clean. Maintenance keeps the grounds very clean. Overall we are very pleased with this location and I recommend it.
parking has been atrocious for the past 6 months. they are only allowing friends and family to come visit 4x a month or they will be towed. insane to rent out an apartment and pay, just to be told you have a limit on company. limiting the use of a few visitors spots does not help the overall parking. in addition, if we are getting home after 6pm, all the resident spots are taken and we’re having to park buildings down, even when there are available visitor spots right in front of our building.
