I have been a tenant in a few different Westlake properties since 06'. Molly is great to work with & is more than just a business owner.
We unfortunately just went through a heartbreaking experience attempting to purchase a home for our family through Allen Frechette and Molly Macom. Our offer was verbally accepted, an addendum was signed, and then Allen and his client strung us along promising a signed contract from his traveling client for the rest of the week. When we finally heard back they informed us they were now considering another offer- even though they had given their word and signed the addendum to our proposed contract.
